Featured artist is Kevin Estrella, frontman for rock band Pyramids on Mars™. The Hamilton, Canada band dropped the 2nd track from their upcoming album Cosmic Angels.

To kick off the show, a track releasing August 20th, a summer anthem by London, U.K. alt-rock band The Great Leslie. Another banger. “Everything From Last Night”.

What the band has produced is a seductive single that gets you dancing. It shows the musical versatility of the band and the different aspects of The Great Leslie’s sound. It’s fresh yet familiar, powerful and playful and a banger in every sense of the word!
Second spin, the July 2nd release by psychedelic indie pop rock band Beatnik. “Free Your Mind”. Classic funk and disco fans will love it, but also modern pop fans that dig Dua Lipa.

This latest single is a psychedelic-funk filled ride finding love in unexpected places, and trying to resist those sensations. Great release! The band is from Logan, United States.
Now, “24/7” by pop artist xs released July 24th. Currently creating in Singapore xs is a Malaysian singer-songwriter. She uses her platform to advocate for female empowerment and celebrating who you are.
Debuting on the music scene this year, xs has released multiple singles and debut album Good Girls Don’t Speak Their Minds. Despite being a pop album, the music draw influences from jazz, Latin, country and electronic. An incredible lyricist that takes inspiration from her personal experiences.
“Come Underneath My Covers” by United States artist The Meskimo released the track July 12th. It is a collab with Argentian guitarist Fernando Paul. Fernanda is responsible for the guitar playing. All other sounds are The Meskimo
The title pretty much sums it up. What do you do with a lover underneath your covers?

The Meskimo is getting noticed and building a solid fan following. The music is infused with rock, blues and paychedelic indie pop nuances.
We follow The Meskimo with a track by Lottie called “Lights Out”. ”Lights Out” is the first single to be released from her debut album. It’s an upbeat pop track, infused with piano elements and dance hall style drums.
Lottie is based in Singapore yet hails from Essex, England. Her songs fall into the indie pop genre and are all voiced from a lesbian perspective.

The lyrics lament about a troublesome relationship and depict the turbulent emotions of failing love.
Before we chat with Kevin Estrella, “Two Stars Collide” by String Bone. The talented folk artist hails from Southern Ontario, Canada. The video to this released premiered on June 18 this year. Incredible work by Barry James Payne, known as String Bone and Emma Hefkey. Check it out on YouTube.

Kevin Estrella, Pyramids on Mars™
Hamilton Ontario based band Pyramids on Mars™ joins us. Kevin Estrella talks about his music, the creative influences behind the unique other-worldly of his sound and other great stuff.
Pyramids on Mars™ is instrumental rock guitarist Kevin Estrella. He combines progressive rock, metal with Baroque Classical influences of J.S Bach and Antonio Vivaldi.
Kevin Estrella is a Neck Illusions Signature Artist along with Steve Vai (David Lee Roth, Whitesnake) and Jennifer Batten (Michael Jackson).
Kevin Estrella is an ET Contactee and a Musician. He always had a passion for and has spent over twenty years researching to understand why they are here. Kevin wanted to combine his passion for music with raising consciousness and awareness of the UFO and Extraterrestrial presence. He felt it was always his purpose in life. The affirmation of this calling came on August 21, 2014, when he had contact with an inter-dimensional craft of unearthly origin.
