Secret Treehouse

Tonight’s guest is Secret Treehouse lead singer Anja.

Secret Treehouse are a true DIY band that has managed to create something that Norway and the rest of the world will appreciate.

Nordic indie pop band Secret Treehouse released their 4th single in 2020 called “Overrated”. The vibrant tune has a clear pop vibe, but still holds that characteristic melancholic feeling that has become familiar for Secret Treehouse. The song reflects both a struggle and a release of anger and frustration culminating in energetic pop.

The lyrics deal with the feelings you have when your inner critical voice holds you back, while others who seem to lack that inner voice (and should have had it) end up achieving more.

The song is produced, mixed and mastered by Stamos Koliousis.

Like all bands and artists, Secret Treehouse has worked hard to find the right sound, mixing electronic pop and indie together to create beautiful and dreamy music that really draws you in and that makes you sit back with one warm feeling in the heart root.

Secret Treehouse is a band that has a vision not only for the music but also for the videos, concerts, promotions and single and album covers. They are a true DIY band that has managed to create something that we know that Norway and the rest of the world will appreciate.
